Élan Designs was formed as a joint venture by friends and colleagues, Cheryl Tuttle and Gail Swayze. The salon is one of the suites in the Beauty in the Suites located in Davison, Michigan.
Formed in January 2018, the main goal of the salon is to provide a wholesome, calm, peaceful environment for client. Services cover a wide range of items from basic haircuts to complicated color effects.
